描述：這是EL4 (ATCC TIB-39)的一個能對12-十四烷酸-13-醋酸佛波醇(PMA)反應生成IL-2的亞株。 在含PMA的培養基中24小時后生成的IL-2濃度達2500U/ml。 檢測表明肢骨發育畸形病毒(鼠痘)陰性。
