　　EL4小鼠淋巴瘤細(xì)胞

　　描述：EL4是從用9,10-二甲基-1,2-苯并蒽在C57BL小鼠中誘導(dǎo)的淋巴瘤中建立的。能抗0.1 mM 氫化可的松，對20 mcg/ml PHA敏感。還有一個(gè)亞株(EL4.IL-2, ATCC TIB-181)可以生成高水平的IL-2。檢測表明肢骨發(fā)育畸形病毒(鼠痘)陰性。
