          介紹: Peroxidase (HRP) is a hemoprotein catalyzing the oxidation by hydrogen peroxide of a number of substrates such as ascorbate, ferrocyanide, cytochrome c and the leuco form of many dyes. HRP has a molecular weight of 40 kDa and an optimum pH of 7.0.
          用途: Horseradish peroxidase (HRP) is isolated from horseradish roots (Amoracia rusticana). It is used in biochemistry applications such as western blots, ELISA and Immunohistochemistry. Horseradish peroxidase is used to amplify a weak signal and increase detectability of a target molecule, such as a protein. Product P8125 has been used to study mitochondrial H2O2 release.
