描述：NK-92是從一位患有急進性非霍奇金淋巴瘤的50歲白人男性外周血單核細胞衍生來的一株白細胞介素-2依賴型NK細胞株。 這株細胞對很多惡性細胞有細胞毒性；鉻釋放試驗顯示它能殺死K562和Daudi細胞。 NK-92細胞(經過照射以防止增殖)可以有效地用于血液中白血病的體外免疫清掃而不危及血細胞的功能。 NK-92細胞有以下特征： CD2, CD7, CD11a, CD28, CD45, CD54表面標記陽性，CD56亮；CD1, CD3, CD4, CD5, CD8, CD10, CD14, CD16, CD19, CD20, CD23, CD34和HLA-DR表面標記陰性。
