描述：這株細胞是J. Sykes于1974年建立的（參考ATCC HTB-33）。 有報告稱MS751細胞含有人乳頭狀瘤病毒18 (HPV-18)序列。 [22995] [23180] 后來發現MS751細胞包含HPV-45基因組的一部分，而其中E6/E7區域表達呈poly(A)+RNA的形式。
