　　ME-180人子宮頸表皮癌細胞

　　描述：這株細胞來源于一個細胞集落不規(guī)則沒有顯著角質(zhì)化的侵染性鱗狀細胞癌。單層培養(yǎng)的細胞間可以觀察到帶狀連接，也注意到有細胞質(zhì)張力絲。 1970年發(fā)現(xiàn)支原體污染并去除。腫瘤壞死因子(TNF)α抑制ME-180的生長。這株細胞含有人乳頭瘤病毒(HPV)DNA，與HPV-39的同源性高于HPV-18。
