描述：LoVo建自1971年，從診斷為結腸腺癌的56歲男性白人的一個轉移到左鎖骨上區的腫瘤結節建系。 癌基因Ｃ-myc, K-ras, H-ras, N-ras, Myb, sis 和fos的表達呈陽性。 癌基因N-myc的表達未做檢測。 它在裸鼠中能成瘤。 與107細胞聯合皮下接種５只裸鼠21天后全部成瘤。 表達腫瘤特異的核基質蛋白蛋白CC-3和CC-4。
