　　F9小鼠畸胎瘤細胞

　　描述：在維生素A酸和聯丁酰基cAMP刺激下，F9細胞分化成體壁內皮層。分化的細胞合成血漿酶原活化因子，粘層蛋白和IV 型膠原質。只有在經過維生素A酸處理后細胞上的cAMP才是活化的。細胞中有三個拷貝β1粘合素基因。檢測表明肢骨發育畸形病毒(鼠痘)陰性。
