　　F9小鼠畸胎瘤細胞

　　描述：在維生素A酸和聯(lián)丁酰基cAMP刺激下，F(xiàn)9細胞分化成體壁內(nèi)皮層。分化的細胞合成血漿酶原活化因子，粘層蛋白和IV 型膠原質(zhì)。只有在經(jīng)過維生素A酸處理后細胞上的cAMP才是活化的。細胞中有三個拷貝β1粘合素基因。檢測表明肢骨發(fā)育畸形病毒(鼠痘)陰性。
