　　C3H/10T1/2, Clone 8小鼠胚胎成纖維細胞

　　描述：該細胞系是由C. Reznikoff等（1972）從C3H系小鼠胚胎細胞分離。此細胞對過度長滿的細胞有絲分裂抑制非常敏感，在同源小鼠中不產生腫瘤，無自然轉化的背景，也不含明顯內源性轉化鼠類白血病或肉瘤病毒。
