　　BHK-21 [C-13]倉(cāng)鼠腎成纖維細(xì)胞

　　描述：1961年3月，I.A. Macpherson和M.G.P. Stoker從1日齡的倉(cāng)鼠建立了BHK-21 (C-13)的親本。隨后84天連續(xù)培養(yǎng)，僅中斷8天進(jìn)行凍存，通過(guò)單細(xì)胞分離建立了13號(hào)克隆。這株細(xì)胞可用作轉(zhuǎn)染宿主，用于表達(dá)包含選擇及擴(kuò)增標(biāo)記的DNA(如Factor VIII,見ATCC CRL-8544)的載體。
